BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, Dec. 6 (PIA) - The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) will be opening a Provincial Center for Skills Enhancement and Productivity (PCSEP) here to empower Novo Vizcayanos for employment.
Eva Doniego, Supervising Technical Education and Skills Development specialist said the PCSEP will be established at the Lunduyan Pastoral Center at barangay Don Domingo Maddela here.
"This will cater to Novo Vizcayanos needing skills training for their employment so that they can earn for their family," she said.

The PCSEP offers Technical Vocational Education and Training Programs (TVETP) under the TESDA and Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
TESDA officials said initial courses offered under the PCSEP will be shielded metal arc welding and construction - related.
A fully-developed PCSEP provides the following courses: advanced computer education, basic computer education, shielded metal arc welding, TIG and MIG Welding, Food Technology, Beauty Care, Sewing, Electronics, Arts and Sign, basic micro-computer servicing and building wiring electrician.
Doniego said the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the PCSEP will be done on December 13 at the Provincial Jail with Bishop Jose Elmer Mangalinao of the Diocese of Bayombong, TESDA Provincial Director Socorro Galanto and Vocational Administrator of Nueva Vizcaya Polytecnnic Institute (NVPI), TESDA Regional Director Demetrio Anduyan,Jr., Governor Carlos Padilla and Provincial Warden Carmelo Andrada, among others.
She said graduates for their community-based training program, automotive servicing and electronics product assembly will also be recognized and awarded with certificates during the PCSEP MOU signing.(MDCT/BME/PIA 2-Nueva Vizcaya)
