DUBAI, 29th April, 2025 (WAM) -- Dubai Police has unveiled a bespoke Rolls-Royce Cullinan, customised by German automotive specialist Mansory, as the latest addition to its fleet of luxury patrol vehicles.
The high-performance SUV was introduced during Arabian Travel Market 2025 at Dubai World Trade Centre by Brigadier Khalfan Obaid Al Jallaf, Director of the Tourist Police Department.
The ceremony was attended by senior police officials, including Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Abdurrahman, Deputy Director of the Tourist Police Department, and Lieutenant Colonel Mousa Mubarak Abdullah, Head of the Tourist Security Patrols Section, as well as Kourosh Mansory, Director of Mansory, and members of the Mansory team.
Brigadier Al Jallaf reviewed the vehicle's specifications, which include a power output of 610 horsepower, a top speed of 280 km/h, and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 5 seconds. The customisation features carbon fibre and aluminium components, advanced displays and modern technologies, ensuring standout aesthetics and performance.
He noted that the addition of elite vehicles such as the Cullinan reinforces police visibility at key tourist areas including Burj Khalifa, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard and JBR, while reflecting Dubai Police's commitment to innovation.
Kourosh Mansory said, "This marks our second collaboration with Dubai Police, and we are proud to contribute to a fleet that symbolises excellence, innovation and craftsmanship in the automotive world."
The Cullinan follows the successful integration of a Mansory-tuned Mercedes-AMG G63 into the force's fleet. That vehicle delivers 720 horsepower, accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds, and reaches a top speed of 250 km/h.
